Quality Issues due to Piddle error (e.g. sour beer upon delivery arrival): Pickup of Goods with new goods issued in the ratio of 2 new bottles for every bottle damaged. Credit issued subject to management approval.
Late/Missed Shipment (Courier): Re-shipment of Goods at no extra cost.
