We operate a courier system, using Parcelforce, for both national and local delivery with the courier rate is £10 across all deliveries regardless of quantity size. This rate is the rate set by Parcelforce and we make no profit from this cost. 

When we ship your goods, you will receive an email/SMS message with a tracking number (which is also your consignment number!). Once you have received this number, you will be able to monitor your order.

We ship within 1 week of your order but this may vary dependent on stock availability and seasonality of goods.
